Humbly my last visit was off the charts. My high blood pressure was normal compared to 200 or higher. That was worth ALL the money in the world!!! It took me sometime to listen to you but once I got it I’m running for the gold at 75. The staff of Dr. U you are Marvelous!!!! I need to share this with you. I might forget by my next visit. From my first visit the transformation has been unbelievable. I pick up my granddaughter twice a wee. She was laughing as stepped in car. Every time the lady calls my name she says your mother is her waiting on you! I thank the Lord first. He lead me to you. Thank you Dr. U for being a gifted Doctor who cares for her patients‼️ Forgive me for such a long text!

I called and told the person I talked to that I had sprained my ankle and I needed an appointment with Dr. Ukwu. She told me she had an availability with LaToya Abernathy, I said ok. When I got these I was seen and was told well we can't do anything for you, you need to go to urgent care. So why did they schedule an appointment if I told them the problem, then I am jus told to go to Urgent Care, I was charge $79 just to be told that I need to go to urgent care, why was I just not told on phone that they can't help me, they don't have x ray machine and go to urgent care from the beginning. I am furious that I pretty much was just charged a visit instead of being told to go directly to Urgent care for this type of problem. I don't think that I should be charged and that I should be reimbursed my money. I have never had this type of problem before with this facility.

I feel heard, that’s important to me. She makes me comfortable and I respect her medical advice and decisions.

When I entered the office was greeted by front desk employees. The nurse that took blood and gave me my shot was awesome. It was a good experience, LaToya was in the room within a few minutes. I was able to express my concerns and she was able to answer/provide insight on the possibilities. I was in and out of my appt within an hour, which included bloodwork which had a quick turn around on the results as well.

I absolutely love Dr. Ukwu. I have been a patient of hers for over 4 years. Since she was previously located at memorial Hermann off Business Center Drive. Dr. Ukwu is the doctor that doesn’t just prescribe medication for prescribing same. She asks pertinent questions about your lifestyle that may contribute to your symptoms in a positive or negative way. Dr. Ukwu was super easy to talk to and her bedside manner was incredible. She came as a recommendation and I wasn't sure if it would be worth the drive, but for me - having a PCP that genuinely cares and listens like her, but also gives you a comfortable feeling is next level! I would come back to her again and again!

I had been feeling very ill for 4 days. On day 5 I realized I needed to see my doctor as I was getting any better after self-diagnosing and self-medicating. I sent a message via the portal requesting to see the doctor immediately like the same day. I was pleasantly surprised I was able to see her the same day as her regular appointment calendar took me to December. I saw the doctor and was diagnosed and got the treatment I needed. I was so grateful as I had not been able to sleep for the past 4 nights. Thank you Dr. Ukwu and your wonderful caring staff.

I’m a very high strung person with “white coat syndrome” and from the moment I walked in to Botany Wellness I felt no anxiety! Dr. Ukwu and her staff are kind, attentive, reassuring, and efficient. It really feels personable, like they want what’s best for you as an individual instead of a “one size fits all” experience. Dr. Ukwu didn’t rush through the exam; she took her time to get to know me and made sure I had all my questions answered before leaving the room. 10/10 I would definitely recommend Botany Wellness!!

Exceptional service from the moment you walk in the door. Of course you are there for a medical appointment, but the waiting room welcomes you with an aesthetically pleasing design. You are immediately called and transitioned to your triage room, where the beautiful design is continued into the patient’s room. The nurse’s assistant is very knowledgeable, meticulously gets you through your vitals, and gets you to your room to wait on the doctor. In little to no time Dr. Ukwu is there to serve you. She has exceptional bed side manner, very informative and a relaxing nature. First let’s say the office is so cute, atmosphere is calm and the doctor is amazing.

Fast and friendly service.

I was greeted, but most importantly finally got a doctor's office to measure me. The doctor came in with pen and pad she jotted notes and spoke with me. My last doctor used technology. I barely got in 7 or 8 minutes to prove my point before he was on to the next. The first was spent his technology together. The breaking point was when they were nonresponsive to my request for meds. Steroids for my 5 chronic illnesses to be exact. I ended up in bed a week swollen and in pain. I got my meds and I'm back to normal.

I have been searching for a new primary care doctor. Unfortunately, I was not having any success until I found Dr. Ukwo. Dr. Ukwu was very patient and understanding. She took her time to hear my concerns, she made me feel comfortable and very informed. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ukwu to anyone I know.

Dr. Ukwu is an extremely attentive listener plus an extraordinarily knowledgeable and relatable doctor. Her staff are courteous and helpful. Don't hesitate to ask anyone at Botany Wellness a question because they will do their best to answer it for you. Keep up the great work!

I had a fantastic experience as a first-time patient at Botany Houston. The boutique-style setting and decor immediately put me at ease, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and approachable, making me feel right at home. Dr. Ukwu was not only very knowledgeable but also down to earth, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer all my questions. I couldn't have asked for a better first time visit. 10/10 Highly recommend.
