I couldn'thave asked for more. The office is clean and welcoming. I was called to the back as soon as I was checked in. Once the Medical Assistant completed the intake, Within minutes, Dr Ukwu came to the room. Dr Ukwu is great. She took her time. she listened to my concerns and addressed every single one of them. This was my first visit to Botany Wellness and it was very chill. The Aesthetics were calming very clean the staff was welcoming and very professional. I met with PA Abernathy, she conducted my well woman's exam as well as my pap. PA Abernathy was very down to earth, she was thorough and very gentle, she explained the processes that were taking place communication was awesome. Also, my appointment was for 4 pm I was called back immediately and we instantly got into the exams I was out by 5. Love this place love PA Abernathy. Facility and staff top tier!

The minute you walk in the office you feel better. It has a Zen like Atmosphere. You greeted warmly by the secretary, then brought back by the nurse. They are very punctual.. Dr UKWU is just amazing. I absolutely love Dr. Ukwu. I have been a patient of hers for over 4 years. Since she was previously located at memorial Hermann off Business Center Drive. Dr. Ukwu is the doctor that doesn’t just prescribe medication for prescribing same. She asks pertinent questions about your lifestyle that may contribute to your symptoms in a positive or negative way. From there, she’ll make recommendations that are more natural such as positively, adding or subtracting a food source that could add vitamins or minerals you may need, getting more sleep, increasing exercise. I appreciate her calm demeanor and how she listens to my concerns. I would recommend her 10000x over

Dr. Ukwu was super easy to talk to and her bedside manner was incredible. She came as a recommendation and I wasn't sure if it would be worth the drive, but for me - having a PCP that genuinely cares and listens like her, but also gives you a comfortable feeling is next level! I would come back to her again and again!

Always a nice visit!

I had been feeling very ill for 4 days. On day 5 I realized I needed to see my doctor as I was getting any better after self-diagnosing and self-medicating. I sent a message via the portal requesting to see the doctor immediately like the same day. I was pleasantly surprised I was able to see her the same day as her regular appointment calendar took me to December. I saw the doctor and was diagnosed and got the treatment I needed. I was so grateful as I had not been able to sleep for the past 4 nights. Thank you Dr. Ukwu and your wonderful caring staff.

No exaggeration, this was one of the best initial doctors visits I’ve ever been to! I’m a very high strung person with “white coat syndrome” and from the moment I walked in to Botany Wellness I felt no anxiety! Dr. Ukwu and her staff are kind, attentive, reassuring, and efficient. It really feels personable, like they want what’s best for you as an individual instead of a “one size fits all” experience. Dr. Ukwu didn’t rush through the exam; she took her time to get to know me and made sure I had all my questions answered before leaving the room. 10/10 I would definitely recommend Botany Wellness!!

Exceptional service from the moment you walk in the door. Of course you are there for a medical appointment, but the waiting room welcomes you with an aesthetically pleasing design. You are immediately called and transitioned to your triage room, where the beautiful design is continued into the patient’s room. The nurse’s assistant is very knowledgeable, meticulously gets you through your vitals, and gets you to your room to wait on the doctor. In little to no time Dr. Ukwu is there to serve you. She has exceptional bed side manner, very informative and a relaxing nature. As you check out, you are greeted by an amazing staff member who quickly and effectively checks you out and sets your next appointment. I wish I could give more than five stars because this clinic is deserving of much more!

First let’s say the office is so cute, atmosphere is calm and the doctor is amazing.

Fast and friendly service.

I was greeted, but most importantly finally got a doctor's office to measure me. The doctor came in with pen and pad she jotted notes and spoke with me. My last doctor used technology. I barely got in 7 or 8 minutes to prove my point before he was on to the next. The first was spent his technology together. The breaking point was when they were nonresponsive to my request for meds. Steroids for my 5 chronic illnesses to be exact. I ended up in bed a week swollen and in pain. I got my meds and I'm back to normal.

I have been searching for a new primary care doctor. Unfortunately, I was not having any success until I found Dr. Ukwo. Dr. Ukwu was very patient and understanding. She took her time to hear my concerns, she made me feel comfortable and very informed. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ukwu to anyone I know.
