I had been feeling very ill for 4 days. On day 5 I realized I needed to see my doctor as I was getting any better after self-diagnosing and self-medicating. I sent a message via the portal requesting to see the doctor immediately like the same day. I was pleasantly surprised I was able to see her the same day as her regular appointment calendar took me to December. I saw the doctor and was diagnosed and got the treatment I needed. I was so grateful as I had not been able to sleep for the past 4 nights. Thank you Dr. Ukwu and your wonderful caring staff.

No exaggeration, this was one of the best initial doctors visits I’ve ever been to! I’m a very high strung person with “white coat syndrome” and from the moment I walked in to Botany Wellness I felt no anxiety! Dr. Ukwu and her staff are kind, attentive, reassuring, and efficient. It really feels personable, like they want what’s best for you as an individual instead of a “one size fits all” experience. Dr. Ukwu didn’t rush through the exam; she took her time to get to know me and made sure I had all my questions answered before leaving the room. 10/10 I would definitely recommend Botany Wellness!!

It was very easy to get an appointment. My wait to see the doctor was brief. She was very attentive to me and ordered my tests and prescriptions quickly. Exceptional service from the moment you walk in the door. Of course you are there for a medical appointment, but the waiting room welcomes you with an aesthetically pleasing design. You are immediately called and transitioned to your triage room, where the beautiful design is continued into the patient’s room. The nurse’s assistant is very knowledgeable, meticulously gets you through your vitals, and gets you to your room to wait on the doctor. In little to no time Dr. Ukwu is there to serve you. She has exceptional bed side manner, very informative and a relaxing nature. As you check out, you are greeted by an amazing staff member who quickly and effectively checks you out and sets your next appointment. I wish I could give more than five stars because this clinic is deserving of much more!

First let’s say the office is so cute, atmosphere is calm and the doctor is amazing.

Fast and friendly service.

I was greeted, but most importantly finally got a doctor's office to measure me. The doctor came in with pen and pad she jotted notes and spoke with me. My last doctor used technology. I barely got in 7 or 8 minutes to prove my point before he was on to the next. The first was spent his technology together. The breaking point was when they were nonresponsive to my request for meds. Steroids for my 5 chronic illnesses to be exact. I ended up in bed a week swollen and in pain. I got my meds and I'm back to normal.

I have been searching for a new primary care doctor. Unfortunately, I was not having any success until I found Dr. Ukwo. Dr. Ukwu was very patient and understanding. She took her time to hear my concerns, she made me feel comfortable and very informed. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ukwu to anyone I know.

Very pleasant Doctor. Finally I've found the kind of doctor I've been looking for. I'm very pleased. Before I left her office I was thinking of others I could refer to her.

From the outside of the building to the inside it is beautiful, calming & spotless. The front desk is kind and welcoming. Dr. Ukwu is attentive and addressed ALL my needs and concerns and is going above and beyond to help with pre-authorization for a specific med my insurance requires...My entire family are now becoming patients of Botany Wellness, Dr. Jennifer Ukwu!!!

I loved my visit with Dr. Ukwu. She listened to all my concerns. She didn’t judge me as to lower my self esteem. She made me fell really comfortable to open up and talk. I would recommend anyone to her.

Dr.Ukwu is the best PCP that I have ever had. The care that she gives her patients is her priority. She listens to every complain you have and makes sure she has analyze the situation by talking to you about options and how comfortable you feel starting a care plan. Now and days patient care with big hospital systems has failed and I can say that with Dr. Ukwu , I don’t feel like a number in the system. She cares deeply about her patients and makes you feel comfortable with her treatment. If you are looking for a Doctor that cares about you and you want to be heard and not feel rushed to be seen. Dr. Ukwu is the doctor for you. I have been a patient with her for 1 year and half and I have zero complaints. Now that she has her own practice, she is changing how people see medicine.
